- Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machine to produce high-quality parts with precision and accuracy.
- Set up and adjust machine tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to specifications.
- Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with production team members to optimize workflow, reduce downtime, and improve productivity.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience as a VMC operator in an industrial setting.
- Solid understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-code or M-code.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Proficiency in setting up complex machinery configurations using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers.
