We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive end-to-end project execution for our Machine Division. The role requires close coordination with Design, Production, SCM, Quality, Planning, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of projects from order booking to final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete project execution lifecycle from order booking to dispatch.
- Coordinate with all department heads to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project schedules, identify bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Design, Production, SCM, Quality, and Dispatch functions.
- Track material availability, engineering releases, manufacturing progress, and dispatch readiness.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to management.
- Drive on-time delivery,



customer commitments, and operational excellence.
- Establish project tracking mechanisms and improve cross-functional communication.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 15-22 years of experience in Industrial Machinery, Capital Equipment, Automation, Heavy Engineering, or Manufacturing industries.
- Solid experience in handling cross-functional project execution.
- Proven ability to coordinate with multiple departments and drive project milestones.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in SAP system, project planning, and manufacturing environments.
