Job Descriptions:-

- Managing recent business development with new market / buyer generation & new product developments (Particularly: Suits, Blazer, Formal Trouser & Shirts and Other Categories),
- Managing client account from order enquiry generation to conversion into business through- Sample Development, Costing, Price Negotiation, Quality Parameters, Delivery Finalization, Shipment and Payment collection.
- Providing the Cash Flow information to management through Monthly sales Plan
- Coordination with Account, finance for the Payment and with Commercial team for Pre-shipment and Post shipment Docs.
- Development & presentation of Seasonal collections and samples to the existing & new customers in close coordination with Design and Product Development Team
- Commercial negotiations with the customer on the price and time aspects of his order and subsequent price negotiations and lying down of the "terms of trade".




- Coordination with the production facilities for the execution of the order as per the time and quality parameters agreed upon with the customer.
- Ensuring the best pre sales and after sales service enhancing the companys brand equity as a total service provider.
- Handling customer/buyer complaints and ensuring satisfactory addressal of it for the customer/buyer and optimum benefit for the company.

Competencies:-

1. Excellent Communication skills required.
2. Good exposure in International garment export markets/Buyers.
3. Mandatory experience required in Readymade Garments (Blazer/Suit) Exporting.
4. Experience in readymade garment production line, Sampling, Quality Assurance.
5. Result oriented attitude, sincere, and diligent performer.
6. Team player with leadership abilities, adaptable to diverse circumstances and can evaluate situations.
