Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with clients to understand their current business processes, challenges, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Analyse AS-IS processes and design improved TO-BE processes.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, automate, and optimise business processes.
- Document business requirements, functional requirements, workflows, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and SOPs.
- Work across business functions including:
- HR and employee processes
- Payroll
- Finance
- Quotes and invoicing
- CRM and customer processes
- ITSM / ticketing and service management
- Approval workflows
- Operational processes

- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for development and technical teams.
- Explain requirements and business logic to developers and work closely with them throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Review proposed system solutions to ensure they meet the agreed business requirements.
- Coordinate and perform functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare UAT scenarios, test cases, expected results, and manage defect resolution with development teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations, walkthroughs, user training, and client handovers.
- Manage client communications, meetings, actions, dependencies, risks, and project timelines.
- Take ownership of engagements and act as the primary point of contact between the client, functional team, and development team.
- Perform project management activities including project planning, status reporting, risk management, action tracking, and stakeholder management.
- Support implementation and continuous process improvement after go-live.

Required Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Process Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes across areas such as HR, Payroll, Finance, Invoicing, CRM, Service Management, and Operations.




- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis and optimisation.
- Strong ability to convert business requirements into functional and system requirements.
- Experience creating:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Process maps and workflows
- User stories
- Acceptance criteria
- SOPs
- UAT scenarios and test cases

- Experience working with enterprise/business platforms such as ServiceNow, Odoo, CRM platforms, ERP systems, workflow platforms, or ticketing systems.
- Valuable understanding of how business applications, workflows, APIs, and system integrations work.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical/development teams.
- Experience managing UAT and working with clients through implementation and go-live.
- Strong project coordination and project management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
