The Ideal candidate will be travelling within Maharashtra – Pune,

Western Maharashtra, Thane, Nasik, Khandesh.





Job Responsibilities:

* Appointing new franchisees

* Get new admissions for franchisees

* To achieve recent children’s registrations

* Retaining of existing business/ Kids

* People management

* Handling and growing the SIP business in the region by improving the profitability of

the state.

The ideal candidate should have a very good communication skill and extensive

knowledge of the Maharashtra market.

No of Employee Teammembers to be managed–7

The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills, be empathetic, be willing to learn and adapt quickly, be willing to take some risks and be interested in making a difference.
