We, Tianjin Tianshi India Pvt. Ltd, commonly known as "TIENS INDIA", promotes Health Care, Home Care, Personal Care, and Health Care equipment in India. We have branches in Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, and Mohali.

At present, we are looking for a candidate for the position of "Assistant Manager- Product Development", to be placed at our Office in Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Analyse and review the existing product data to ensure the development and quality of the products

2. Conduct market research & analysing the current product requirements, plan for the new product, and increase the quality of existing products

3. Design Market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions and trainings

4. Identify the new products as per the current market range and coordinate with the Headquarters and supplier to develop new product formulation, calculate the product pricing, and negotiate with suppliers to finalize the product price

5. Coordinate with the Legal team and follow up with the licence authority for the new product registration, Halal, and HAKI/Merk of product, and registration of Imported Products with Legal Metrology

Monitor the Expired Date of the BPOM number for each registered product; product label design as per FSSAI Regulations

7. Monitor the stock level availability at the branch and main warehouse, and forecast the product requirement for future sales

8. Monitor the product purchase, import products with the expiry date, and ensure the expired product is dispatched

9. Handle agreement renewals and make new agreements with existing and recent suppliers and vendors

10. Visit the factories to monitor the production of the products and check the quality of the finished product as well as raw materials

11. Coordinate with the region and Headquarters to get approval for new products, budgets, and other required approvals, and any other tasks or additional tasks arranged by the supervisor.

12. Making reports for ongoing and future projects, getting customer feedback about new and existing products, and providing the best service on product complaints.

13. New product approval process, applying for product price approval on KM, Packaging design approval for new products, and follow-up with the head quarters for required approvals
