Key Responsibilities
- Process recent insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle policy issuance, data entry, and system updates accurately.
- Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and claims teams for smooth workflow.
- Respond to customer queries related to policy status, documentation, and operational issues.
- Maintain and organize insurance records and reports.
- Assist in claim intimation and documentation when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers for pending documents or information.
