ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a Sales & Admissions Specialist to drive student admissions by converting qualified leads into enrollments. Youll handle counselling, follow-ups, lead conversion, CRM tracking, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the complete sales & admissions journey from lead to enrollment.
- Convert marketing-generated leads through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Understand student needs, handle objections, and guide decision-making.
- Improve sales scripts, counselling methods, and follow-up processes.
- Maintain accurate CRM and lead records.
- Track conversions, admissions, revenue, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversions.




- Support team training and admissions performance.
- Contribute to revenue forecasting and process improvement.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, Counselling, or related roles.
- Strong lead conversion and target-achievement track record.
- Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Understanding of sales funnels, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Strong ownership and target-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- EdTech / Education sales experience is a plus.
