Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise civil construction and site execution activities.
- Monitor project progress, quality and work as per drawings/specifications.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
- Coordinate with project, engineering and other functional teams.
- Monitor quantities, measurements, BOQ, billing and material requirements.
- Ensure timely execution and resolution of site issues.
- Maintain project reports and required documentation.
Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant construction/site experience.
- Strong experience in civil execution and project/site coordination.
- Knowledge of drawings, BOQ, quantities, billing and contractor management.
- Solid team handling and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in North India.
