Key Responsibilities
- Handle client/customer queries related to P&C; insurance.
- Provide support for policy, claims, coverage, and insurance-related requests.
- Resolve Client issues through voice channels as applicable.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate case/ticket documentation and follow process guidelines.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills
- Solid verbal and written communication.
- Good understanding of P&C; Insurance / General Insurance.
- Experience in client servicing, customer support, or insurance operations.
- Strong problem-solving and escalation-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational/US shifts.
Salary
Up to 10 LPA / As per experience and current CTC.
Location: Bangalore
