Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee site management activities, including coordination with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

- Manage interior fit out projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for turnkey projects involving corporate interiors.

- Ensure effective MEP coordination (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitor progress against milestones and identify potential issues proactively addressing them to minimize delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in civil project management or related field.

- Solid understanding of Fit Out, Interior Works, Interior Execution, Turnkey Project Management, Corporate Interiors, Site Management.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
