Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Supply Planner to manage end-to-end supply planning, inventory optimization, supplier performance, material availability, and supply risk management.

- Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with forecasted demand, inventory targets, and service levels.
- Manage inventory to prevent stockouts, excess, and obsolete inventory.
- Execute and monitor MRP and ensure timely material availability.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and third-party suppliers to ensure timely purchase order deliveries.
- Manage supply constraints, shortages, expediting, demand spikes, and supply chain disruptions.
- Support manufacturing schedules and capacity utilization.
- Improve supplier lead times, reliability, and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
- Monitor Service Level/Fill Rate, Days of Supply (DOS), Supplier OTD, inventory performance, and working capital.
- Perform root cause analysis of supply issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Procurement,



Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Demand Planning teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, inventory efficiency, and supply chain performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1015 years of relevant Supply Planning / Material Planning experience.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Planning, Inventory Management and MRP.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems.
- Robust experience in Capacity Planning, Expediting, Supplier Management and Shortage Management.
- Experience managing stockouts, excess inventory, supply constraints, and supplier delivery risks.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain KPIs including OTD, Fill Rate and Days of Supply.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and Power BI is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
