Position: Technical Support Associate (Domestic Voice Support Hindi)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to domestic customers. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to diagnose and resolve network related technical issues efficiently.

Shift: Rotational Shift
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant Technical Support experience is Mandatory
Qualification: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers via voice calls (Hindi).

- Diagnose customer problems and provide appropriate resolutions for the networking issue like router or modem.




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills:

- Mandatory: Fluent in Hindi and English (verbal communication).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and internet connectivity.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle technical queries professionally.
