- Design, deploy, and manage Citrix environments for clients across various industries.
- Troubleshoot issues with Citrix VDI, Netscaler, and Azure Cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide technical support to end-users on Citrix products and services.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in Citrix administration or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Citrix VDI, Netscaler, and Azure Cloud technologies.
- Experience working in an IT services & consulting setting providing technical support to clients.
