2. Issue Personnel protective equipment for staffs and employees working in the laboratory.
3. Monitoring and Capture Safety violation and deviation around the workplace and discuss with concern head of the department. .
4. Monitoring the Personnel protective equipment violation among the staffs and employees while carrying out tasks as per PPE matrix.
5. Inspect all the chemical container are kept in up-write position and properly closed with inner and outside cap or not.
6. Inspect the Chemical storage area whether it s free from spillage and leakage.
7. Screening of chemical by chemical Screening flowchart.
8. Inspect the Emergency safety equipment s are in good condition or not and ready for access in emergency situation.
9. Check the sample register whether it is updated or not. Monitor and make clearance for disposal of unused waste chemical substance generated from the laboratory.
10. Daily Check Sheets updating and before filing submitting the scanned copies to assigned personnel.

Identifying the Daily Deviations updating and before filing submitting with photo proofs to assigned personnel.
12. Ensuring the TBM attendance sheets are filled properly and before filing submitting the scanned copies to assigned personnel.
13. Reporting Repeated Deviation and organizing a CFT meeting to avoid further repeating.

1. Non routine activity:

1. Conduct safety Induction training for new joiner (staffs and employees) and visitor to maintain and manage the workplace standards safely.
2. Training the Staffs and employees on various safety related topics to manage safety emergency circumstances.
3. Record and investigate the incident / accident and near-miss to determine the root cause and take Preventive action.
4. Support and Safety clearance while any recent equipment Installation, maintenance and electrical activity done in the laboratory.
