Graphic Designer (remote full-time)

We re looking for a creative, performance-focused Graphic Designer to create high-quality, conversion-driven content for eCommerce brands across the GCC.

You ll primarily work in Canva, turning product images, brand assets and creative concepts into ads designed to capture attention and drive results.

We re also building AI deeply into how we work at VIKST, so we re looking for someone who is excited about using AI to improve their creative process, work more efficiently and produce better creatives.

Your role will include:

- Designing image ads, carousel ads and other paid-social creatives, primarily for Meta
- Creating high-quality designs efficiently in Canva
- Adding copy, product imagery and brand elements to create polished, on-brand ads
- Understanding each client s brand, products and customers across the GCC
- Using AI as part of your design workflow to improve quality, speed and creative output
- Repurposing and improving existing creatives to maintain a consistent flow of fresh content
- Handling simple video editing when needed
- Collaborating with performance marketing specialists, creative specialists and the wider VIKST team
- Following our internal systems and best practices from the VIKST Academy

We re looking for someone who:

- Has strong professional experience in graphic design
- Is highly skilled in Canva and can work quickly and efficiently in it




- Speaks and writes both Arabic and English fluently - this is required
- Has a strong eye for layout, typography, branding and attention-grabbing creative
- Understands or is interested in what makes paid-social creatives perform
- Is comfortable using AI and actively wants to incorporate it into their creative workflow
- Has some experience with simple video editing and a good visual feel for video
- Is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote workplace
- Is ambitious, curious and continuously looking to improve

Experience designing for eCommerce brands or paid advertising is a strong advantage.
