Experience - 9-10

- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering
- Industry Type: Sheet Metal Stamping, Press Shop, Auto Components, or Metal Fabrication
- Key Core Exposure: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and 7 QC Tools.
- Required Skills & Competencies

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of sheet metal forming, laser cutting, stamping, welding, and surface treatment quality norms.
- Core Quality Tools: Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and the 7 QC Tools.
- Standards: Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 audit protocols.
- Soft Skills: Solid analytical thinking, team leadership, and effective customer-handling capabilities.
