Key Responsibilities

- Execute and monitor daily production activities across plant operations
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Handle batch processes, chemical reactions, and process parameters control
- Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and shift records
- Optimize yield, cycle time, and process efficiency
- Coordinate with Maintenance, QA/QC, EHS, and RD teams
- Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure compliance with statutory, TNPCB, and environmental regulations
- Support internal/external audits and inspections

Required Skills

- Knowledge of chemical plant operations and batch processing
- Basic understanding of PFD, PID, mass heat balance
- Familiarity with equipment like Reactors, ANF, Centrifuge, Dryers, Pumps
- Awareness of Process Safety Management (PSM) practices
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in shift operations
