We have urgent opening for Manager Billing in Mumbai with a well known real estate developer.

Role & responsibilities

Billing Leadership

- Oversee and validate contractor, consultant, and client billing across projects.
- Review RA bills, BOQs, reconciliation statements, and cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, change orders, and payment schedules.
- Monitor project budgets and cost-to-complete projections through SAP MM and related modules.

Team & Process Management

- Lead a team of billing engineers and quantity surveyors to ensure timely and accurate bill submissions.
- Standardize billing formats, verification procedures, and approval workflows.
- Coordinate with project, finance, and procurement departments to ensure alignment between physical progress and financial reporting.

Commercial Oversight





- Conduct cost variance analysis and provide insights to project management and finance teams.
- Support contract finalization and material cost validation during project execution.
- Ensure documentation compliance for audits, client reviews, and management reporting.

What You Bring

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
- 1015 years of experience in billing, cost control, and commercial management, preferably in real estate or infrastructure.
- Expertise in SAP MM and project financial systems.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional coordination.
- Analytical, process-driven, and detail-oriented approach to billing accuracy
