To create the Safety Awareness to the location team members by giving Awareness training

1. Conducting Regular training to the location team as per the Training schedule if current year target % below the previous year means score becomes 0
2. Based on Near Miss and Incident Training on existing SOP correction or current SOP if current year target % below the previous year means score becomes 0
3. Giving 100% Induction trainings to the New Employees, securities, labours and Visitors. Records should be maintain. if current year target % below the previous year means score becomes 0
4. Personnel protective equipment minimum stock maintaining in all location and PPE issue register to be maintained. if current year target % below the previous year means score becomes

To Maintain the MHS and Equipment in good condition

1. Tool Equipment Check and maintaining. Defective tools / equipment to be replaced maintaining critical spares with new one with in a month time of identification. if current year target % below the previous year means score becomes 0
2. Periodic preventive maintenance to be carried out as per the given schedule and defective spares to be replaced with in 1 month. if current year target below 90% means score becomes 0
3. Maintaining Fire Fighting Equipment s like Fire Extinguisher and Fire Hydrant in Good Condition and maintaining Record
4. Maintaining Critical equipment s like Earth Pit Maintenance and keeping the registor. and earthing cables and clamps should be good condition.

Maintaining Regulatory Documents

1. Conducting periodical medical check up to the employees once in 6 months.



Same to be registered with DISH approved meidcal officer.
2. Periodical Disposal of Hazardous waste with proper document to be maintained.
3. Conducting Safety Committee meeting once in 3 months

Co Coordinating during the Visit of Government Officials

1. During DISH official visit coordination and closing the observation points. if current year target below 90% means score becomes
2. During PCB official visit coordination and closing the observation points. if current year target below 90% means score becomes
3. During Fire Department official visit coordination and closing the observation points. if current year target below 90% means score becomes

Inspection of Safety related emergency equipment s and making sure of ready to operate at any time.

1. Preparation of Daily report
2. Preparation of Daily deviation report
3. Preparation of Weekly report
4. Submission of Bi monthly report
5. Need to take care of Warehouse Boundary rounds
6. Preparation of WIG report on time and reporting.
7. Conducting Mock Drill as per Schedule in Every JC and framing CAPA then implementing it effectively.
8. Periodical Servicing and Refilling of Fire Extinguishers and maintaining sufficient stock of foam solution all the time
9.



Conducting Fire Drill using Fire hydrant System as per the training schedule
10. Daily testing of the Fire Hydrant Pumps and posting videos in the PPC Safety Whats App group.
11. Daily inspection of the one Hose box thoroughly and posting videos in the PPC Safety Whats App group.
12. Preparation and submission of the Tools Equipment reports as per the Annual Planner every week.
13. PM check list to prepared and submitted and have ensure no breakdown of Equipment.
14. Maintaining the Critical spares at all the times.
15. HIRA to conducted for all activities and to review it for the same necessary recommendation to done.
16. HAZOP study to done for New processes and to review as per schedule then recommendations to implement time to time.
17. Incident and Near Miss Investigation to complete in time and action plan to effectively implemented.
18. New MSDS to prepared as per the guidance of Head Safety.
19. To Review the MSDS periodically or whenever suggested by Head Safety.
20. Induction training to provide for Contractors, Visitors, Employees and needs to documented.
21. First Aid Training to done every year.
22. Periodical medical check up to done for once in 6 months.
23. Earthing integrity to tested for earth pits and all earthing circuits including earth clamp condition monitoring to done.
