We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal applications and digital tools used across business and manufacturing operations.
The role involves working across frontend and backend development, API development, system integrations, AI-driven development and automation. The candidate will own features end-to-end, troubleshoot production issues and work closely with business users to deliver reliable, production-ready applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal web applications following established engineering standards.
- Work across both frontend and backend development.
- Design and develop APIs for application and system integrations.
- Integrate applications with SAP, ERP systems, authentication systems and central data platforms.
- Build mobile-first and responsive applications suitable for business and shop-floor users.
- Design applications with fast load times, straightforward user flows and minimal clicks.
- Develop applications that can support offline usage where required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application bugs.
- Work with business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implement feedback.
- Develop reusable components, integrations and common application modules to accelerate future development.
- Use AI technologies and development tools to support application development and automation.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable and scalable code.
- Participate in application deployment, debugging and ongoing improvement activities.
