Director / VP Sales | India, Middle East & APAC

10–15+ years of enterprise IT solutions/services sales experience across India, Middle East/GCC—particularly UAE/Dubai—and Southeast Asia, including Singapore and Malaysia.
Must be a proven hunter with solid land-and-expand capability—winning new enterprise logos while systematically growing and mining strategic accounts.
Should bring an established CXO-level network and customer relationships across these markets, with evidence of personally originating significant opportunities and revenue.
Strong on-ground regional experience—must have traveled extensively, built customer relationships directly, and understand the cultural, commercial and buying nuances across India, GCC and Southeast Asia.
Proven experience managing large sales portfolios and complex enterprise deals, including leading major RFP/RFI pursuits,



solution positioning, commercial negotiations and multi-million-dollar deal closures.
Deep understanding of the Indian and APAC IT solutions landscape, combined with strong leadership experience managing regional sales teams, setting GTM strategy, building pipelines and consistently delivering revenue targets.
Experience selling AI/GenAI platforms, AI-led solutions or AI-enabled transformation services will be a strong plus, particularly where the candidate has successfully taken AI solutions from CXO conversations through pilots/POCs to enterprise-scale engagements.
