ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

1 Positive Knowledge of Paint Shop, Injection moulding machines & Utilities.

2 Process Control knowledge, and strong electrical & mechanical aptitude familiar with good organization skill.

3 Working experience in installation, troubleshooting of Injection Moulding machine and its auxiliary systems.

4 Working experience in installation, troubleshooting of paint shop & its auxiliarys systems.

5 Working experience in installation, troubleshooting of Utility equipments ETP,WTP, STP, RO/DM, HWG, DG, Compressor, Chiller, LPG bank,PNG MRS, Fire Hydrant System,HWG, Lifts, and Scissor lifts, Dock leveller, Forklift, Stacker operation and maintenance.

6 Preparation and adherence of Preventive maintenance plan & Shut down Maintenance plan.

7 Preparation and adherence of Power fuel and Repair maintenance cost.
