- 1. 3 Supporting all QC activities. Maintain cleanness department, premises and equipment
- 1. 4 Ensuring that procedures are carried out carefully and accurately to eliminate errors
- 1. 5 Ensuring valuable relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers.
- 1. 6 Working with all members of staff to maintain and develop the positive progressive culture within The Laboratory.

- 1. 8 Maintaining shade cards for QC approved labels, Calibration History Card
- 1. 9 Storing of Control sample / return of testing sample in end user.
- 1. 10 Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards
- 1. 11 Verify and update testing results by completing reports and logs.
- 1. 12 Manufacturing Batch review / Batch release as per Standard.
- 1. 13 Preparing Quality reports,



including analytical reports (for raw materials and finished products).
- 1. 14 Certificates of Analysis (COA) for finished product.
- 1. 15 Prepare the Stability study Samples and control sample make it the reports. etc.

- 1. 17 Review validation protocols and reports, investigation reports and CAPAs

- 1. 23 To brief the days production plan among the team daily.
- 1. 24 Counter check the specification signing on Sequence of SOP.
