Role Overview

TalentArc HR Solutions is hiring experienced sales professionals for a Sales Manager - Loan Against Property (LAP)
opportunity. The role focuses on driving LAP business, customer acquisition, relationship management, and
consistent monthly business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sales and achieve monthly business targets.

- Source and manage LAP business with ticket sizes from INR 50 Lakhs to INR 5 Cr.

- Build a strong sales pipeline and support cases through sanction and disbursement.

- Develop customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.

- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical and Operations teams for smooth processing.

Must-Have Requirements
- Hands-on Loan Against Property (LAP) sales experience is mandatory.




- 4-5 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
- Ability to deliver approximately INR 1 Cr monthly LAP business.
- Experience handling LAP ticket sizes of INR 50 Lakhs to INR 5 Cr.
- Relevant Bank, NBFC or Housing Finance background preferred.
- Full-time Bachelor's Degree preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
- Reliable employment history and strong relationship-management skills.
- Pure DSA / DST-only backgrounds may not be considered; distance-learning profiles may not be considered.
