Role 1: International Chat Process

- Location: Sector 144, Greater Noida / Noida Expressway (NSL Techzone)
- Role: Customer Experience Associate Non-Voice / Chat
- Compensation: Up to 24,000 In-Hand | 28,000 CTC (Depending on last drawn salary & experience)
- Travel Perks: 3,600 Monthly Travel Allowance
- Eligibility: Minimum 6 months experience in International Chat or Blended Process is mandatory. Open to UG / Grad / PG.

Role 2: Healthcare Voice Process (UHC)

- Location: Gurgaon
- Role: Customer Support Associate Healthcare Voice
- Compensation: 35,000 In-Hand | 39,000 CTC
- Travel Benefits: 1-Way Cab Facility (during odd hours) + 1-Side Travel Allowance
- Eligibility: Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO Voice Process is mandatory. Requires C1-Level English Communication. Open to UG / Grad.

Role 3: Healthcare Voice Process (UHC)

- Location: Sector 144,



Greater Noida / Noida Expressway (NSL Techzone)
- Role: Customer Support Associate – Healthcare Voice
- Compensation: 34,000 In-Hand | 38,000 CTC
- Travel Benefits: Total 3,600 Both-Side Travel Allowance OR 1-Side Cab Facility + 1,800 1-Side Allowance
- Eligibility: Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO Voice Process is mandatory. Open to UG / Grad.

Key Responsibilities

- Chat Process (Role 1): Manage real-time digital interactions, resolve customer service or billing queries, and maintain high CSAT scores.
- Healthcare Voice Processes (Roles 2 & 3): Assist US-based healthcare members/providers with insurance claims, coverage verification, and medical billing while adhering strictly to HIPAA compliance.

General Requirements

- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate (Any stream).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant International BPO experience (Chat/Blended for Role 1; Voice for Roles 2 & 3).
- Communication: Flawless written English for Chat; C1/Upper-Intermediate spoken English for Voice.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
