Job Description: HR Intern Recruitment

Role overview:

We are looking for an HR Intern to support recruitment across our engineering, automation, software, and business functions. The intern will work with the HR team to source candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment records, and support the hiring process through candidate joining.

Key responsibilities:

- Understand open positions and candidate requirements with guidance from the HR team and hiring managers.
- Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes against job requirements and conduct initial calls to confirm interest, experience, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
- Follow up on interview feedback and keep candidates informed about next steps.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and weekly status updates.
- Support offer documentation, joining follow-ups, and handover to the onboarding team.




- Help prepare job postings and identify ways to improve sourcing for difficult positions.

Candidate requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills, with a professional approach to candidates.
- Ability to organise information, follow up consistently, and handle candidate details confidentially.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Interest in learning recruitment for technical and business roles.
