What Were Looking For:
Costing & MIS Professionals
-Strong knowledge of product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis
-Experience in preparation and analysis of MIS reports
-Ability to analyze cost structures and identify optimization opportunities
Inventory & Manufacturing Costing
-Hands-on experience in inventory valuation and reconciliation
-Understanding of BOM, WIP, and production processes
-Experience in plant costing and manufacturing variance analysis
Financial Analysis & Control
-Monitoring plant productivity and cost control measures
-Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
-Robust analytical mindset for decision-making support
SAP / ERP Expertise
- Experience in SAP (preferably S/4HANA CO/MM modules)
- Knowledge of product costing, cost center accounting, and COPA
- Ability to extract and analyze data from ERP systems
Automation & Data Analytics (Preferred)
- Exposure to Power BI / Excel / Power Query for dashboarding
- Basic understanding of VBA / Python / SQL is an added advantage
- Interest in driving automation in finance processes
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in manufacturing industry preferred
