Role & responsibilities

- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of total IT/Business Analysis experience, with at least 7+ years dedicated to enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Core Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Experience with Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, or MuleSoft is a strong plus).
- Process Design: Advanced mastery in business process modeling (BPMN), journey mapping, data flow diagrams, and gap analysis.
- Agile Leadership: Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Kanban methodologies using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro/Lucidchart.
- Integrations & Data: Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns (REST/SOAP API concepts, middleware), data migration workflows, and data governance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8+ years of business analysis experience working in the non-profit or association industry
- Other experience on AMS or CRM such as NetForum, Personify, Aptify, Impexium,



MS Dynamics, etc.
- Experience administering or heavily using Fonteva, Nimble AMS, or other Salesforce solutions for non-profit organizations
- CPQ Certification preferred
- Experience in Revenue Cloud Finance and accounting, or the implementation of technology platforms for these

Required Certifications:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Sales Cloud Consultant
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
