Support the complete sales cycle by preparing RFP/RFQ responses.
Prepare bid responses including company credentials, eligibility documents, and technical compliance sheets.
Validate technical compliance using OEM datasheets and prepare accurate BOQ/BOM.
Coordinate with OEMs for product information, pricing, POCs, and technical clarifications.
Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture documents, and commercial proposals.
Participate in customer calls for requirement understanding (No field visit required).
Coordinate and arrange POCs with OEMs/partners where required.
Work closely with sales and tender teams for timely bid submission.
Manage documentation on GeM, CPPP, and OEM/Partner portals.
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales (IT Infrastructure / System Integration)
Technical knowledge in Networking, Server–Storage, Cybersecurity (Firewall), EMS/NMS, SD-WAN
Understanding of IT licensing (Microsoft, RedHat, VMware, etc.)
Experience in BOQ/BOM preparation and technical compliance documentation
Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and other tender portals
Solid skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
