We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with strong expertise in UX/UI design. The ideal candidate should have experience in scoping, planning, and leading UX design projects end-to-end, with hands-on experience in Figma and mobile design languages for both Android and iOS platforms. Experience in the fintech domain will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UX/UI design projects from scoping and planning through final delivery.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop intuitive and engaging designs for Android and iOS applications.
- Work extensively with Figma for designing, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Follow design languages and platform guidelines for Android and iOS.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
- Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.
- Ensure consistency in design systems, visual language, and user experience across products.
- Stay updated with current UX/UI trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI or Graphic Design.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
- Experience in UX scoping, planning, and end-to-end design.
- Good understanding of Android and iOS design guidelines.
- Strong understanding of user experience, usability, and visual design principles.
- Experience working with product and technology teams.
- Fintech domain experience is preferred.
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI projects is required.
