- Receiving, washing, and decontaminating instruments.
- Packing instruments as per the prescribed protocols.
- Sterilizing instruments and performing sterilization validation.
- Storing and distributing sterile items to user areas.
- Preparing various dressing materials.
- Cleaning the department as per the prescribed protocols.
- Maintaining and monitoring the equipment.
- Maintaining records of all batches and conducting batch monitoring.
- Providing sterile instruments and other sterile items required for patient care.
- Maintaining records of the effectiveness of disinfection and sterilization procedures.
- Immediately escalating any sterilizer failure, batch failure, or failure of biological indicators.
- Ensuring awareness of NABH standards and maintaining the required documentation accordingly.
- Performing any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Experience: 3 - 5 Years as CSSD Technician
Qualification: Diploma in OT/ B.Sc. in OT Technology/ Sterilizations
