Job Summary

We are looking for a Credit Control Manager responsible for managing customer receivables, approving orders as per credit policy, following up for payments, and resolving customer disputes. The role involves coordination with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth Order-to-Cash operations and minimize credit risk.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor customer outstanding balances and aging reports regularly.
- Review and approve customer orders based on credit limits, overdue status, and company credit policy.
- Hold or escalate orders exceeding credit limits or having overdue payments.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order approvals in special cases.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment collections through calls and emails.
- Maintain and update customer credit limits and payment terms.
- Handle customer disputes related to invoices, debit notes, credit notes, or defective material.
- Create and track CRM cases / internal tickets for dispute resolution.




- Ensure timely closure of disputes and proper documentation.
- Perform customer ledger reconciliation and resolve differences.
- Maintain records of payment commitments and follow-ups.
- Prepare collection reports, aging analysis, and status updates for management.

Required Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Microsoft Dynamic 365 or similar).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse credit risk and customer payment behaviour.
- Valuable coordination skills with sales and internal teams.

- Faster closure of customer disputes.
