- Prior experience in UAE Last Mile Logistics or Courier Operations is highly preferred.
- Experience in coordinating pickup operations, driver allocation, route planning, and shipment tracking.
- Basic knowledge of fleet operations and transportation planning.
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), courier management systems, or logistics platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Sales teams.

Required:

- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in courier, express, logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile operations.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic MIS reporting is essential, including the ability to prepare daily operational reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven operational environment while maintaining high service levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
