Title: Site Project Controller

Position: Assistant Manager

Direct reporting to: Plant Manager

Functional Reporting: Industrial project manager India

Experience required: 2-7 Years

Lactalis India is looking for young and energetic site project controllers for execution of Capital and non-capital projects across india. Role will be based at plants wherein the person while working in conjecture with plant and corporate team will be mainly responsible for quick and smooth execution of these projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Execution of daily activities of projects
- Coordination with plant and head office team for smooth execution of projects
- Coordination with suppliers and vendors for quick execution of project activities
- Documentation and monitoring of progress
- Activity and resource planning in alignment with plant needs




- Cost estimation and budget development for new projects
- Preparation and coordination of the project plan
- Monitoring adherence of project timeline with the decided schedule plan
- Controlling change, recommending and implementation of preventative action

Qualification Required: B.Tech Mechanical/EEE

Skills Required: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational and written/oral communication skills, Detail-orientation, Leadership
