Role & responsibilities "

1. Customer Interface & SPOC Act as the primary contact for the customer ensuring clear communication of requirements.

2. Requirement Analysis & Architecture Reviews Translate customer needs into technical requirements and oversee design/architecture reviews.

3. Program Planning & Execution – Lead design reviews, prototype planning, validation, and production readiness.

4. Risk & Change Management – Handle escalations, manage risks, and oversee change requests.

5. Cross-functional Coordination – Align hardware, software, mechanical, and supply chain teams for smooth execution.

6. Compliance & Standards – Ensure adherence to ASPICE, APQP, PPAP, and functional safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Engineering graduate (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics).
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in automotive electronics and embedded systems program management.
- Solid knowledge of ASPICE, APQP, PPAP, requirement management, CAN/LIN/Ethernet fundamentals.
- Proven ability in project planning, risk management, and customer interface.
