Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Horticulturist / Landscape Executive to oversee, develop, and maintain the green spaces, lawns, gardens across our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative landscape design and hands-on site execution, ensuring our projects maintain lush, pristine, and sustainable environments that elevate property value and resident experience.

Role & responsibilities

Landscape Development: Manage softscaping/hardscaping installation,

Daily Grounds Maintenance: Supervise routine upkeep, including lawn mowing, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and seasonal flowerbed planting.

Pest & Disease Control: Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) protocols to protect plants, trees,



and turf from infestations and decay.

Sustainability Initiatives: Oversee green waste composting, soil testing, and support environmental standards required for real estate property certifications.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelor's Agriculture, Horticulture, Botany, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in landscape development and maintenance, preferably within real estate developers, gated communities, luxury townships, corporate tech parks, or golf courses.
