Minimum of 4-7 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing SAP Resource Scheduling (RSH) within an S/4HANA workplace.
SAP S/4HANA EAM / PM: Strong functional knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) core processes, including Work Centers, Maintenance Orders, Operations, Capacity Planning, and Maintenance Notifications.
SAP Fiori UI: Proficient in managing and troubleshooting role-based Fiori applications dedicated to resource scheduling.
Support Experience: Proven track record working within an ITIL-aligned application support framework (managing SLAs, ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira, and change control procedures).
Integration Knowledge: Understanding of how RSH interacts with HR mini-masters (labor capacity) and basic cross-module integration with SAP Finance/Controlling.
