Role Overview

We are looking for Business Development Executives to drive outreach, lead generation, partnerships and adoption for a new simulation based employability product focused on student employability and industry readiness.

The role will involve engaging with universities, colleges, corporates and industry organizations to create opportunities and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with universities, colleges, corporates and industry organizations.
- Conduct calls, meetings and presentations with prospective partners.
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective institutions and organizations.
- Drive follow ups and convert prospects into active partnerships.
- Explore opportunities for industry collaborations, validation partnerships and co branding.
- Develop proposals, presentations and partnership pitches.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal Product, Academic, Technology and Operations teams for partner onboarding.




- Support marketing and outreach activities to drive awareness and adoption.
- Track performance against defined business development targets and provide regular updates.

Ideal Candidate

- 26 years of experience in business development, inside sales, B2B sales, EdTech, higher education or a related field.
- Solid experience in calling, lead generation, follow ups and conversion.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Target oriented with a strong focus on execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
