- Minimum 1 year of experience in Counter Sales / Retail Sales / Customer Service
- Telecom or Retail experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Promote Airtel Prepaid, Postpaid, Broadband, DTH and other products.
- Handle customer queries, KYC and documentation.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build solid customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
