- Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs and retrieval-augmented generation embeddings, vector search, prompt design.
- Full-stack development experience — backend plus a simple internal-tool frontend.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs, particularly speech-to-text services.
- Cloud infrastructure experience; Azure preferred, given the company's existing Microsoft 365 setting.
- Working knowledge of secure data-handling practices: encryption, access control, audit logging.
- Comfortable operating within a lean, two-to-three-person team with limited day-to-day supervision.
