- Strong experience in Life Insurance domain, preferably 7+ years.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, covering business process analysis, requirement gathering, specification writing and documentation.
- Strong understanding of Life Insurance products, business processes and technical underwriting.
- Experience in setting up/configuring Life Insurance products in a core insurance platform/package.
- Robust stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in UAT, gap analysis, functional requirements and coordination with technical/development/testing teams.
- Knowledge of insurance certifications such as LOMA/SOA will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and documentation skills are essential.
