We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage IT infrastructure support, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support to users through calls, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, email, applications, and system errors.
- Handle user account creation, password resets, and access-related issues.
- Perform basic LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP troubleshooting.




- Monitor and manage IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of IT assets, devices, software, and support activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for technical issues.
- Assist with system updates, software installations, antivirus, and security-related tasks.
- Follow IT policies, security procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain proper documentation of recurring issues and solutions.
- Support employees with remote and in office technical assistance.
