Job Description

Innovera School is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and highly competent English Middle School & High School Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate should have excellent command over the English language, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire students through engaging teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English to Middle School and High School students.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lesson plans as per the curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and examinations.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in parent meetings, school events, and academic activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- B.A. / M.A. in English
- B.Ed / D.Ed / M.Ed Mandatory




- Relevant teaching experience in Middle School or High School preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Solid classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to teach students across different learning levels.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for teaching and student development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates residing near Loni Kalbhor, Pune will be preferred.
- Candidates willing to relocate near Loni Kalbhor may also apply.
- Must be confident in handling Middle School and High School classes independently.

Working Days & Timings

- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
