Role Purpose

Own financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, providing the CFO and leadership team with reliable financial information, insights and forward-looking analysis for decision-making.

Qualification: CA ( Mandatory )

Key Responsibilities

- Drive accurate and timely monthly financial closure and management reporting.
- Ensure integrity of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.
- Manage key GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA/RBI and other applicable compliances.
- Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting and rolling forecasts.
- Prepare Actual vs Budget vs Forecast analysis and explain key business variances.
- Develop profitability and KPI reporting across Cyfuture's major business verticals.
- Build Base / Best / Downside scenarios for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and funding requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrated financial models covering P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, capex and debt.
- Support the CFO in fundraising, lender/investor reporting, financial due diligence and valuation analysis.
- Prepare Board, Investor and Management MIS.




- Partner with business teams to translate financial performance into actionable business insights.

Ideal Candidate

A strong FP&A; / controllership professional with experience across accounting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting, preferably from IT/ITES, technology, infrastructure, data centre or other high-growth businesses. The ideal candidate should be analytical, commercially oriented and capable of moving beyond reporting numbers to explaining what the numbers mean for the business.
