Responsibilities

- To give line & area clearance in dispensing, manufacturing and packing activities.
- To carry out in-process checks and challenge tests as per the frequency and the procedure defined in respective Batch Production records and SOPs.
- To perform the sampling of in-process, semi-finished, finished products, reserve, stability, process validation, cleaning sample (swab/rinse), hold time and other samples like QP, transportation, customs, physical inspection, microbiological sample etc. and submission of the samples to the respective department.
- To ensure that the manufacturing and packing operation are carried out as per the instructions given in the Batch Production Records.
- To perform activities in SAP like Process order approval for BPR printing, Reprinting of additional page, Approval of material return note & additional material issuance approval, Attachment of inspection plan to inspection lot/Release of inspection lot of SFG Printing of 'Sample for Analysis' labels, Physical sampling confirmation, Test Data Sheet Printing, Printing of SOP formats, Approval for the reprinting of SOP formats, Reconciliation of SOP format printed, preparation of reservation slip.




- To review Batch Production Records for its completion.
- To perform calibration of the IPQA apparatus.
- To ensure compliance to the procedures established and guidelines applicable through continuous monitoring of the unit operations; a) Verification of cleaning practices b) SOP compliance c) Line clearance procedure verification d) Verification of changeovers e) Packaging and labelling operations, controls over rejections, labelling and embossing errors f) Sampling practices in SFG and FG stages g) Verification of Dispensing operations
- Responsible for manual issuance of documents whenever required.
- To carry out job assigned by section head.
- Plan and prioritize assigned analytical activities, exercise independent judgment within SOPs, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and take responsibility for timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of analysis results.
