Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FSM (Field Service Management) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP FSM solutions. The role will focus on end-to-end service management, workforce scheduling, mobility enablement, and integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC. This is a fully remote contract position for 12 months, supporting global projects and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP FSM Implementation: Lead or support SAP FSM implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and enhancements.
- Solution Design Configuration: Design and configure FSM modules such as Work Order Management, Smart Scheduling, Mobile Workforce Management, and Service Execution.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP FSM and SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Service Cloud, and third-party systems using SAP BTP, CPI, or APIs.




- Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with service operations, field technicians, and IT teams to improve service efficiency and workforce utilization.
- Mobile Enablement: Enable FSM functionalities on mobile devices (iOS, Android) to facilitate real-time field operations.
- Testing UAT: Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support to ensure smooth deployment.
- User Training Documentation: Provide end-user training, create knowledge transfer documents, and ensure adoption of FSM best practices.
- Support Enhancements: Troubleshoot FSM-related issues, provide post-go-live support, and implement continuous improvements.
