Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Contribution:

- Support HR digital transformation through effective HRMS utilization and process automation.
- Ensure standardized HR operational processes across Group companies.
- Maintain audit readiness by ensuring statutory and HR documentation compliance.
- Provide accurate HR data and reports to support business decision-making.

2. Functional Contribution:

- Manage end-to-end onboarding, employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exit formalities.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, validate attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements and Full & Final settlements.
- Administer HRMS, ensuring employee records, workflows, organizational structure and reports remain updated.
- Ensure timely compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and labour law documentation.
- Support HR Business Partners with employee lifecycle transactions, HR letters, employee queries, audits and HR initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA / PGDM / MSW / MHRM in Human Resources.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Payroll and Compliance.

• Hands-on experience managing HRMS platforms; experience with Zimyo HRMS will be highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliances, employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.

• Experience in Manufacturing, Electronics, Engineering, Fintech, or Technology organizations will be preferred, but not mandatory.

• Professionals currently on a career break and looking to restart their careers are encouraged to apply.
