Most senior finance role, working closely with the Managing Director and managing finance operations across factories and multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow, treasury, banking, GST, taxation, statutory compliance and audits.
- Oversee MIS, cash-flow reporting, fixed assets and insurance.
- Lead the Head Office finance team and oversee branch finance teams.
- Drive the company's Tally to ERPNext migration, including process implementation.
Ideal Candidate:
- Solid, stable career track record with long-term tenures.
- Hands-on finance leadership experience in manufacturing or multi-location/branch businesses.
- Experience managing 5+ team members.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, taxation, accounting and statutory compliance.
- Inter-CA is preferred; CA qualification is not mandatory.
- ERP implementation experience will be an added advantage.
