We are looking for leaders for EdTech Industry who have sold enterprise skilling, BFSI capability or sales training solutions, won large contracts themselves, and led a national sales team. This role of Head Enterprise sales is reporting to the EVP for BFSI and Sales and Service Excellence (SSE).
Business Growth & Commercial Leadership
Develop and execute the enterprise sales strategy aligned to Company's growth priorities.
Deliver revenue, profitability and market expansion targets through strategic business development.
Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing enterprise relationships.
Build a robust sales pipeline with disciplined forecasting and execution.
Build trusted partnerships with CHROs, CPOs, CLOs, HR Leaders and Business CXOs.
Lead complex consultative sales engagements and strategic commercial negotiations.
Drive growth across marquee enterprise accounts through long-term strategic partnerships.
Strengthen customer retention, executive engagement and lifetime account value.
Market Expansion
Identify emerging business opportunities, industry trends and evolving customer needs.
Education Qualification & Certification
MBA from a Tier I/Premier Business School preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
Executive certifications in Sales Leadership, Business Strategy or Leadership Development will be an
advantage.
Experience Range
12–15 years of progressive experience in Enterprise/B2B Sales.
Minimum 5 years leading national enterprise sales teams.
Proven success in driving large enterprise sales, strategic account management and consultative
solution selling.
Solid experience engaging CHROs, Chief People Officers, Chief Learning Officers, HR Leadership and
Business CXOs.
Demonstrated experience in Pan-India enterprise sales with strong exposure across West and North
India.
